Printed first page from boot up of DMS2 on newly restored 1132 printer

BROUGHT UP DMS2 ON 1130 AND PRINTED HEADER PAGE

When the 1130 monitor boots up it acts as if it processed a // JOB card and prints a header page, then goes to the primary input device (card reader) and waits to read in jobs. I booted up the system today, now that the 1132 printer is through its restoration, and saw that header appear on the paper.

I finished wiring all the signal lines to the boards and installed power connectors. I also worked on a new mounting method.

  4. Thank you all. I am quite pleased about it.

Bob, I will put this on the task list and should get it done within the week. I will post a video that includes the sound of the disk during boot and then in response to interrupt request.
