Just arrived in hotel room at 9:30PM, have to be driving at 5:30AM, so regretfully another terse entry. Truck, machinery, Alan and Carl arrived safely.
The plan is to unload at the first two locations in the bay area tomorrow afternoon, which depends on the early start.
