Managed to get a couple of hours in the workshop today - soldered all the front side ICs on the loader PCB

ALL FRONT SIDE INTEGRATED CIRCUITS INSTALLED

I installed the two power regulator chips and ten logic integrated circuits on the front side of the PCB. 

FOUR MORE ICS TO INSTALL ON THE BACKSIDE THEN CAPACITORS/RESISTORS

The rear side has four more 74LS03 chips to install, then I am ready for the discrete components. Twenty capacitors, most of them for decoupling, plus three pullup resistors. After that, I only have connectors to install before the board is ready to test and use.
